Hope I don't Offend Anyone for this, but all the Photos You Will SeeWere Ones I Took During the Clean-up Operation. I was sitting in my office eight blocks away when the Alfred P. Murrah building, not to mention many innocent people, passed away.
I was fortunate enough to not have been in the blast. I was eight blocks away when it happened. Many were involved in the clean-up and demolition of the Federal Building. T.E.E.M. provided workers under the supervision of Ben Kates; President of Midwest Wrecking.
Every morning before beginning work, we had to check in at the Court House for security clearance. This is what our I.D. badges looked like:
Everyday we signed in and received a different color dot sticker.
